StayGeo is a student accommodation booking platform and a unit of Ceeco Investment LLC. We help international students discover and book trusted accommodation near their universities through our network of verified accommodation partners.

Ceeco Investment LLC is the legal entity operating the StayGeo platform and is responsible for payment processing and the issuance of accommodation letters where applicable.

StayGeo acts as a booking platform and does not own or operate accommodation facilities unless explicitly stated.

By using StayGeo, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• The information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.

StayGeo provides services including:

• Student accommodation listings
• Online accommodation bookings
• Accommodation booking assistance
• Accommodation-related documentation, where applicable
• Customer support throughout the booking process

Accommodation availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that accommodation listings, photographs, pricing, amenities, and descriptions displayed on StayGeo are accurate.

Accommodation providers may request updates to their listings. However, all listing updates, including pricing, descriptions, amenities, photographs, and availability, are reviewed and approved by StayGeo before being published on the website.

While we strive to keep all information current, certain details may occasionally change due to updates provided by accommodation partners.

A booking is initiated when a user completes the booking process through the StayGeo platform.

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

• The required payment has been successfully received;
• Booking details have been verified where applicable; and
• StayGeo issues a booking confirmation.

Accommodation remains subject to availability until the booking has been confirmed.

Payments made through StayGeo are securely processed using trusted third-party payment providers.

By making a payment, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• The payment information you provide is accurate.
• You agree to the fees displayed during checkout.

StayGeo does not store your complete payment card information.

Accommodation prices displayed on the website are subject to change until a booking has been confirmed.

Any applicable fees, taxes, security deposits, or optional charges will be communicated during the booking process where applicable.

Where applicable, Ceeco Investment LLC, through the StayGeo platform, issues accommodation letters for eligible bookings after all required booking conditions have been satisfied.

Accommodation letters:

• Are issued by Ceeco Investment LLC only after the applicable booking requirements have been completed.
• Are intended solely for accommodation verification and visa-related purposes.
• Do not guarantee visa approval or any immigration outcome.
• May require additional verification before issuance.

By using StayGeo, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Upload genuine and valid documents where requested.
• Keep your account information secure.
• Comply with the rules and policies of your accommodation provider.
• Comply with all applicable immigration and visa requirements.

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents they submit.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Eligibility for refunds may depend on factors including:

• Booking status
• Cancellation timing
• Accommodation provider policies
• Payment processing requirements

All content available on the StayGeo website, including text, graphics, logos, branding, photographs, website design, icons, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to StayGeo and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission from StayGeo.

StayGeo shall not be liable for:

• Information provided by accommodation partners that may contain inaccuracies despite our review process.
• Visa refusals or immigration decisions.
• Travel delays or disruptions.
• Delays caused by third-party service providers.
• Losses resulting from inaccurate information or documents submitted by users.
• Events beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StayGeo's liability shall be limited accordingly.

Our website may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment providers, mapping services, communication platforms, and accommodation partners.

StayGeo is not responsible for the services, policies, or content of third-party providers.

Your use of StayGeo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Any changes will be published on this page together with the revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the StayGeo website after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
